Yes — all three of our clinics are welcoming new patients. Most new patient examinations are available within the same week.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online in two minutes, call your nearest clinic or send us a message. We’ll confirm your appointment by text and email.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged at half the appointment fee.

Do you see emergency patients?

Yes. We keep same-day appointments free every day, including Sundays at our Marylebone clinic.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We work with most major UK dental insurers and can bill some of them directly. Check the Insurance page or ask our team before your visit.

Can I spread the cost of treatment?

Yes. Treatments over £500 can be spread with 0% finance over 12 months, or up to 36 months with a low APR, subject to status.

What is the Verde Care Plan?

Our membership plan covers two check-ups and two hygiene visits a year, 10% off treatment and free check-ups for children, from £18 a month.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Professional whitening supervised by a dentist is safe and effective. Some people notice temporary sensitivity, which settles quickly.

Am I suitable for clear aligners?

Clear aligners treat most mild to moderate crowding, gaps and bite problems. A free consultation and 3D scan will tell you for sure.

How long do dental implants last?

With good home care and regular check-ups, implants can last a lifetime. The crown on top may need replacing after 15–20 years.

When should my child first see a dentist?

We recommend a first visit around their first birthday, or when the first teeth appear. Early visits help children feel at home.
