Appointment requests and the service you are interested in
Medical information you choose to share with your care team
How we use your information
We use your information only to arrange and provide your care, to contact you about appointments and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Medical records are kept for the periods required by UK law. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@verdedental.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
